This was a great experience!! I had to arrange for the taxi to pick us up at a specific location…read morebecause the canal station by our hotel was under repair. It was a difficult location up a narrow canal that was also occupied by gondolas, to get my partner and I and our luggage. After emails with the home office, which were handled professionally, efficiently and considerately, we agreed upon a pick up location. Mrs Rodriguez from the home office kept me informed all the way until pickup and was very, very helpful. The driver showed up right in time, coming into this narrow canal (& having to back out afterwards) and he was very helpful in getting our luggage and us onboard. He took his time getting us both on- and off-board (not easy considering I have restricted mobility due to back surgery!). He gut us to our spot in good to time, with a pleasant ride through Venice and out to Murano. I would definitely recommend this service...

I have been coming to Medical Center for a long time and they have always been very professional…read morefrom the time they come to get you for your Therapy to start till even your last day. When you first come here, you walk into the waiting area with the appointment desk right in from. The time of wait can depend on how busy they are but they are pretty honest to the times they give you to come for your Therapy. When it comes to the therapy they are also pretty good and very attentive to your needs, even though sometimes it seems they are stretched really thin amongst patients but they do the best job that they can, which is something i can live with. They are very nice people that are always smiling even when they are dead tired. Some of the equipment seems a little dated but they also have some state of the art equipment to make up for some things they lack. I wish they had Game Ready for the cool down after tough session but right now they don't have. I hear they will acquire soon. It's pretty awesome too that they have a pool to do therapy in, which speeds up the process of you are coming from surgery or just a mild injury. Plus the biggest positive is that they have a full staff of doctors that work out of the building on different days and times. This is a big positive.
