Sarah Noe is a most excellent health care provider. I've been struggling with Sleep Apnea for…read moreyears, and she diagnosed my condition. Now I have no more fog-brain because I get REM sleep. She's a God-send. She cares, listens and diagnoses after running tests.

Pay more and go somewhere else! I was seen by this doctor named Kayla Peeples (wtf kind of name is…read morethat) and was misdiagnosed and was super rude and unfriendly and never smiled or reassured me and prescribed medication I did not need and the medication if taken for too long can cause kidney and bone problems and it wasn't even medication I needed! I even repeatedly told her that I believed her diagnosis was wrong but she was adamant she was right bc she was the doctor and that the meds were safe! Ok, I went to specialist. Guess what they said? They said, after actually doing tests (which Kayla Peeples never done any testing, just guessed), I did not have what Kayla Peeples diagnosed me with and the medication she prescribed me with long term were inappropriate and would not address my issue! So I'm glad I didn't just blindly trust some doctor who works at a walk in clinic! I mean really how can you diagnose someone without running tests and prescribe a medication that can cause serious lifelong issues long term without confirming I 100% need them?? If you need to be seen here bc it's cheap, just don't see this Kayla chick, she's a very cold, unfriendly doctor who doesn't listen! Note it's like $80-$90 to be seen without insurance. Also their receptionists are so rude, judgy and snotty! And the clinic just feels rather gross.

UChealth family medical center on pennock place has absolutely set the standard for what medical institutions should strive for, and they exceed that standard every time. From the receptionists, nurses, and physicians, there is not a single person there that I have had anything short of a pleasant experience with. They are attentive, caring, understanding, and do everything they can to make you feel comfortable. My primary physician Dr Blake Volkmer is one of the kindest, friendliest, understanding and capable physicians I have ever come across and despite just being a first year resident, Dr. Volkmer upholds the standard that which aspiring physicians should strive for. If I could go to this clinic once a week just to hang out and talk to the people who work there, I would. Im only going to be living in Fort Collins until I graduate from CSU, and no matter where life takes me, UChealth family medical center will be the standard in the process of finding new medical care, every single time.

As I go to walk in to be seen, I'm met at the front door with a gal holding a sign telling me that they're not seeing any more patients tonight. I guess they stop seeing people around 6:30 6:45 is when they tend to put up the sign that they're not going to see anybody else but when they don't have it up it makes it really hard for a patient or potential patient to know that they won't see you. It's a horrible quality of care because they're trying to refer you somewhere else because they don't want to deal with the situation. They could have at least seen me to see if I just had bruising and if that was the case then helped me figure out how to navigate it while my system healed from falling on ice. They didn't even want to bother with that. First time to the Urgent care, I will never be back.

My foot required stitches and I was impressed with the care and professionalism of all of the staff. Even though I walked in at 7:20 pm and they closed at 7:30, they took great care of me. I apologized for keeping them beyond their regular hours and they said, "That's what we're here for." I recommend this facility highly and will return as the need arises!
