The focus and attention I received while there made me a very happy customer. I ended up able to find my dress in under 2 hours, the quickest I've ever dress shopped. :D This was in part due to the many various selections made easily avaliable which will work with any budget. I had a very limited budget, yet I had soooo many dresses to choose from. The owner stayed open late the next day so I could finish my payment & pick up my dress. He did so because I was travelling from another city and he was so kind and understanding. This staff and store make it feel like it's all about the Bride. I would definitely highly recommend!

Highly recommend this business, especially over online retailers like Amazon. I came in and was…read moregreeted immediately, but in Spanish. I was a little nervous because I just moved to the valley and don't speak Spanish, but we both made it work and I was thankful for her patience with me. I had several scrubs saved in my Amazon cart and only came to see what my size was, but quickly I realized 1) scrub companies make their colors just slightly different than the next brand and 2) I didn't wear the size I thought I did. I ended up trying on practically the whole store and the employees were so nice. They would even check on me and see if I wanted to try a different size. I also like that they offer a huge variety and petite options since I'm shorter. But the main winner here is the price, wow! I had scrubs saved in my cart that were $37 for the top and $43 for the bottoms. I left here with 2 sets of Grey's Anatomy scrubs that fit me like a glove and they were only $30 a pair, I was SHOCKED! I was expecting to pay at least $60 for a pair. I also got a jacket, it was $47 on Amazon and I spent $30 here. I will definitely be back and I recommend you check them out! Also to comment on someone else's review, there is a sign that they do not offer cash refunds so I assume that means they do offer store credit. Which I find generous, they don't have to allow returns at all.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this bridal boutique, and even more disappointed…read morewith how the situation was handled afterward. From the start, my appointment felt rushed and dismissive. When we asked the stylist about new 2026 gowns, we were told that none would be released this year. That information later turned out to be false. Since they said they have a fashion show with new gowns on their social media, which felt misleading and unfair. This was my very first time ever trying on wedding dresses, an experience that should be joyful and special. Instead, I left feeling unheard and saddened. One dress in particular made me cry and was my favorite from the beginning, yet there was clear resistance to even allowing me to try it on. I was also told by the stylist which dress I "liked best," which was completely inappropriate. As the bride, that decision should be mine alone. What made this situation worse was what happened afterward. The boutique sent us text messages stating that they decided not to move forward with my consultation or any gown options and excluded me from their runway event and giveaway. We have screenshots of these messages, which I am attaching, because they later deleted texts so there would be no proof of how unkind and dismissive they were. Thankfully, we saved the screenshots before they were removed. Additionally, we repeatedly asked to speak directly with the owner, Blanca Gonzales, and were denied that opportunity. Refusing to allow a customer to speak with ownership while simultaneously deleting messages feels extremely unprofessional and unethical. Overall, this experience was heartbreaking and far below what any bride deserves during such an important moment. Final note to other brides: please proceed with caution when booking here. I would strongly advise against Saturday appointments, as it is extremely overpacked and rushed, which takes away from the care, attention, and respect a bride should receive during such a meaningful experience.
