This is my first year using Dorothy's Tax Service. I have not received my tax return for 3 months. Finally, the IRS sent me a request for a 1095-A. Why did Dorothy's Tax Service not mention the 1095-A in the beginning, when filing my taxes? Now I have been trying to reach them for 2 weeks to try to get this 1095-A completed so that I can mail it to the IRS but they will not answer or return my calls. I will not be using Dorothy's Tax Service in the future. Once they get paid, that's it. Don't ask for help thereafter because you won't receive it. read more

Good reliable accountants. They are great for working with senior citizens as they aren't high tech and don't require you to use software or email anything. I use them to do the taxes for my elderly aunt and they work with me as I'm the financial power of attorney. read more
