I purchased what I thought would be a really comfortable mattress. I paid over $1000 USD for it which I have never paid for a mattress in my life but thought it would be worth it to have comfort. It was nothing like the mattress on the showroom floor. I went back the day after it was delivered and asked if there was anything that could be done, perhaps allow me to trade it for something else. The answer was no. Not only that, but when I made the purchase, I was told that I would receive two free pillows. Upon studying the receipt, I discovered that I was charged $60 USD for the pillows. When I pointed it out, the manager told me that he discounted the mattress and had to put a charge for the pillows because he couldn't show them as free on the receipt. I didn't even want the pillows but took them because I thought they were free. They have refused to do anything to make this right so I am warning you. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM unless you want to be ripped off. read more
