The only negative was the good 20 minutes it takes to walk to the tram. Taxis are the only practical method of getting to and from the hotel.

No hot water and rude staff -- unacceptable…read more Stayed here as part of a tour group on May 2-3, 2026. There was no hot water in my room after check-in. The room phone didn't work, so I had to go to the front desk. A staff member came up and ran the water for 20 minutes--still cold--and then left. I waited another 40 minutes with no update. When I went back downstairs, the front desk staff (Patrick) told me to "be patient" in a raised voice. Completely unprofessional. I was told the hotel was fully booked and couldn't move me, yet rooms were still showing available online. Later found out multiple rooms had no hot water, and the issue wasn't fixed until around 12:30 AM. No hot water for hours, no communication, and rude service. Not acceptable. Would not stay here again.
