I have been renting at this place for 7 years now going on 8 and about to leave soon. I am going to state the positive and negative of this place. The building is super clean due to the cleaning lady which is a very nice lady. The security guards have all been nice and do their jobs. The president Mireya is a bully and intimidates people.The security guards, many have left due to she yells at at them and makes them feel less than her. She intimidates the people who live at this building as well. The lady is a horrible human being and is a hypocrite. She will talk to you and behind your back beware. The hallways some smell good others like where I live smell like crap due to a lady who has cats on her unit and does not clean properly. The hallways are closed with ac. Any smell from any unit to cooking or a nice smell, to not a pleasant smell, you will smell. Every month maybe 2 times some months, they shut the water from 9 to 1 to make repairs. This does not affect some people because they work. Some of us don't work and care for small children or even elderly because there are many in this building. The place is family friendly due to no noise and no late partying which is a plus. The association does bother with many things from what you have in your balcony , which is only plants and patio furniture allowed. To no welcome rugs or any decorations outside the unit. They are very picky. Many people have left over the years due to many problems like these. I gave this place 1 star due to too picky and the water shutting off every month, and the horrible human being of the president of this building. read more
