My bf's sister set this day spa thing for her sister's bday. She told me that this spa company will go to your place and set up the massage table, chairs, etc for the spa treatments. The menu consists of "spa tapas". Each "tapa" is 20 min long and will include aromatherapy. You can do 1 or 2 or 3 of the spa tapas. We each did 3 tapas for $99. I chose the silk massage, mango vanilla hand rejuvenation and rose petal facial rejuvenation. But I switched the facial for the foot reflexology treatment. The massage was awesome. Dawn was the masseuse and she was wonderful! I felt so relaxed. Her pressure was on point. The hand treatment was good too...although the paraffin mixture was TOO hot for me when I dipped in my hands. But my hands did feel good afterwards. The foot reflexology was ok. I should've stuck with facial but I was told by bf's mom that the facial wasn't so good. Anyways, this will be a great idea to throw for a bridal shower or someone's bday. read more

Wow! Is all I can say. Thank you Yelp for this amazing find, and thank you Regina for being a lifesaver! After a horrible start to a vacation, I was sore, sad, and in a hotel near nothing, that didn't have a spa, and I didn't have a car. I looked on Yelp for the nearest spa and saw rave reviews for this "mobile" spa service. Basically, Regina (and a few other trusty masseuses) operate this start-up, which is basically high-end spa delivery. This is better than the time I found out the snobby sushi mecca near me delivered to my apartment. This is next generation stuff - I texted her (!) and she arrived at my hotel room shortly after. She came to my hotel room, set up a massage table, and got to business. I got the hot oil scalp massage and the foot reflexology. I'm sure the standard massage options are great too, but if you want an incredible head to toe experience, this is the way to go. The pressure was absolutely perfect (I never say that - I think masseuses are usually either too wimpy or too painful) and she hit all my sore spots. She was completely professional, knowledgeable, and best of all, really good! Maybe one of the best massages of my life. Absolutely give this company your business! I had planned a Good Ol' Fashion Slumber Party with a handful of my closest girlfriends. I wanted to have a special treat for them since I already had all the typical goodies, wine and even a movie on the projector - so why not massage! I happened to google a variation of home massage services and came across Doorstep Day Spa. Not only was Regina (the owner) patient with me during the few weeks before gathering information & working out details she was also very helpful in suggesting ideas that would work the best. Regina and Kendra showed up to my house about 15 mins. early to set up - which I loved. They were patient in waiting as my guests were all running late. Both were very friendly and professional. We had manicures and massages. The manicures were a perfect start to the upcoming massage. Not only was it an awesome massage but I felt it was more of a physical therapy experience - which I loved. Regina has magic hands! She was massaging, stretching, shaking and basically relaxing us completley. She does adjust the pressure to your preference, you just need to ask. A few of the girls didn't want to get the spa package so Regina put together a little special for them right there and they loved it. All the prices were very reasonable. It was very clear that The Doorstep Day Spa ladies were there to work and provide a comfortable & relaxing experience in the comfort of my own home. They did that & more. I recently found this mobile massage service. Regina the owner is awesome. I am a massage snob so I felt it was worth reporting how good this company was. Here is what Iiked about the experience: 1. Came to my door and set up quickly. Table was comfortable. 2. The pricing is less than what I was paying to drive to and from a regular spa 3. She had many techniques from Lomi Lomi to Swedish to deep tissue and used them all according to what I needed. 4. She was on time and when she left all I had to do was relax and head to bed 5. She has gift certificates and my clients love this as a gift. 6. I have attempted to get a refund and she keeps telling me "the check is in the mail". How can someone run a business like this and expect to continue getting customers. I work at an all girls high school in Los Angeles and was in charge of a Mother - Daughte Spa Day event. Doorstep Day Spa provided massage and parrafin hand treatment services. Regina was a pleasure to work with from the very first phone call inquiry. She was very friendly and personable on the phone, which was a great help since I was not exactly sure how to orchestrate the spa day event for 100 guests. Regina and all of the technicians she brought to our school were great -- professional and friendly. It's not an easy task to transform a school gym into a tranquil spa environment, but Doorstep Day Spa brought everything to set the mood: quiet music, candles, chairs, and a soothing aromatherapy scent. The mothers and daughters were in heaven at the massage chairs and enjoyed chatting while they enjoyed their lavendar parrafin hand treatments. Everyone was so happy, they can't wait for next year's spa event...I guess our first spa day will become an annual tradition. My wife and I have frequented the very finest spas all over the world. We have had a time share at Four Seasons in Carlsbad and the Park Hyatt in Beaver Creek, Vail, CO, both homes of exceptional spas. So I would consider our recommendation very credible. We both have enjoyed the benefits of massage for many years and I will say that Regina is not only one of the most relaxing and therapeutic massage therapists but has a very appropriate professionalism and makes every massage SPECIAL! If you are the quiet type like my wife she replicates that atmosphere. On the other hand if you are the type A guy like me she can banter with the best. The most surprising part of the massage however was the price. I never asked how much the 2 hours at our home would cost. Since she brought her equipment to us, set-up with fresh linens and actually gave us more like 2 and 1/2 hours I was thinking at least $200... WRONG! Even with the tip, much less! Wow!
