He had to make some intricate and meticulous cuts to get the boards slotted in perfectly to our fireplace surround. He was happy to answer any questions and kept us updated as he went. When he happened upon some pretty significant water damage around the radiator (what would have been a huge stress for us!), he just explained the likely cause and that he would need to replace the subfloor, got the materials, and fixed it up in swift order.
