The also didn't rip us off, and took considered well thought out approach to his treatment. They really were great and reassured us at every stage, and called us with updates. They also process the insurance paperwork for a minimal fee compared to other vets in the area they are positively darn cheap for processing claims!! They did it fast too so the money came back ASAP. Shop wise is set up as a typical Pets at Home store, with all you could want and need for your darling pet! Checkout staff, Aquarium staff smells pets, etc., are just on point. The pooch loves it there too. I like that they have the quirky offerings too and not just the same old same you get in other pet shops. Parking is never an issue either.
