Yes it is tender but i suggest to toast the baguette so it does not get saggy, a hint of garlic would enhance it and I missed a bit if the smokey taste. The meat is perfectly marinated and anything with a fried egg is usually good in my book. Also, the amount of food is less with most food truck meals (burgers are an exception to this in a way) and the prices are almost always a bit higher than for example going to your office cantina or - gasp - bringing your own food.
