I noticed after the storm last night that hit my house, that my gutters needed to be looked at and cleaned out. I sent a message out through Yelp and received a phone call immediately from a lovely woman named Jean at Reset Roofing asking what it is that I need to have done at my house. I told her that I have a downspout that needs to be cleaned out and a couple of nails that need to be replaced on my gutters as the wind almost tore them off my house. She asked for my name and address and told me she was able to schedule me for a free consultation and that they could be out this afternoon. I told her that was wonderful. She gave me the name of the gentleman that would be coming out to assess the project, and his name is James Connor. James Give me a call when he was on the way to my house... He was also about 45 minutes early, which was fabulous! I showed him what needed to be done and he pulled out his ladder and tools and went right to work saying "this is a very easy fix" and "I can do it right now for you". I stood outside and watched him fix my gutters, dismantle the one that was clogged, emptied out the sludge, and put it right back together within minutes. When all was said and done, James did not charge me a dime! I was very impressed with his good attitude, quick wit, and efficiency by getting the job done quickly and in good standards. I am giving James Connor a five star rating for his professionalism and a job well done. You should definitely reach out to Reset Roofing For anything that deals with your roof or gutters. The first thing they will do is set you up for a consultation, which is free and then move forward after you get to review a quote along with any pictures that the roof consultant emails to you. You can find Reset Roofing online, Facebook, and Instagram. They were professional from start to finish!

It's also…read moreone of the biggest expenses that you will never take the personal risk of looking at when the job is done. For those reasons In choosing a roofing contractor trust, professional expertise and reputation are paramount...and that's what you get with RoofMen. Their pricing is very competitive, and their quality of work is exceptional from start to finish. I can't say enough about how impressive the RoofMen team Bill Parsons, Alan Vincent and Jason Nichols along with their excellent workmen who get the job done right and on time. On the day we were to have our 22 year old roof replaced their entire crew showed up early & were ready to show us what they do best. From the moment they were assembled it was like watching a well oiled machine. The crew immediately got to work protecting the property from what would soon be falling debris from our old roof. They left the property the same day...and more importantly, the way they came in...not a nail or scrap in site. Bill's attention to detail of workmanship is legendary in his field. It shows! One final note...and very important. Alan Vincent, the onsite project manager brought an issue to our attention that he promised would be rectified to our satisfaction...and indeed it was. He is a man of his word...something you don't see much of these days. And you got to love his infectious smile. They were a precision team that got the job done to our complete satisfaction. It was like they were never here! Except we still remember how reassured we felt that we were getting the job done right! And we love looking at our brand new roof when we drive up to the house. It's rare to see a contractor with only positive ratings these days, so choosing Tom and Jerry's…read morewas a no-brainer for that alone. I needed to replace the roof on a new home for my son. I obtained a few estimates from different contractors, and they were not the cheapest, but they were reasonably priced with far better reviews than the cheaper option, which is another reason I chose them. Thomas is highly responsive to communication, which again is quite unusual with most contractors in my experience, so that was a nice plus too. They provided evidence of insurance upon request. We paid a 50% deposit to get on the schedule and I was able to pay that by credit card without an extra fee, which was appreciated since it allowed me to get reward points on the purchase. A crew of three guys came out to the house early in the morning and completed the job just before dark. They did a phenomenal job. Each step was documented with pictures to show where rotten decking needed to be replaced, and an explanation of everything. Despite already being reasonably priced, Thomas gave us a nice discount for the extra decking on the final invoice, which was a happy surprised and very much appreciated. They also cleaned up very well after themselves. If you need a new roof or any kind of roof work, Tom and Jerry Roofing is the best there is without a doubt!
