This was done back in the early 2000 and we have even met once to discuss this and he seemed to have the paperwork in front of him and my Dad even talked to him again in 2018 and he referenced this. Met with him earlier this year (2020) and all of a sudden he can't find it. I find it awful funny that this paper work disappeared.
