The meals are not served with bread or salad, which I found odd. My husband had the lasagna which although it took a while to arrive was still bubbling in its sauce when it arrived. It was good. We both enjoyed it. I ordered the Milanese of Veal, it was 2 egg battered veal slices, zero sauce, zero personality, it was accompanied by a side of pasta with sauce that was good. The pizza being served at other tables looked and smelled good. After dinner we had to track down our waiter to pay the check, a little weird but not a deal breaker. I would recommend little Italy but avoid the Milanese.

The waiter was aware of my food allergies and asked if I were Vegan; then, started offering me options on the menu. I eat animals, and I told him that someone had misinformed him prior to my arrival. I ordered the salat salmone with balsamic dressing on the side. I ended up not using the salad dressing because the salad's ingredients were yummy on their own. My salad was beautiful to look at. The salmon consisted of three thin strips of salmon -- this is where the dish went awry. The thin strips were overcooked and hard to eat and very dry. I think that I need to be more vocal and tell the waiter ahead of time that I do not want my food overcooked.
