Evan was a miracle worker!!! Right off the bat - we knew he was topnotch! He was ahead of his game. He introduced us to his contractors and everything worked out. We also went through staging through his company and it worked out for the better as buyers came in. The housing market is tough right now but we reached the finish line today! Hands down I will NOT recommend anyone else. He is a life saver! Best of all, it didn't feel like it was Just a business transaction. He was compassionate and kind throughout the process. He was quick to answer - not a day passed by without a response from him. Evan Compean is your guy!! He leads his company with a good heart and kindness and professionalism. I was assigned Caleb Mangum to list my home, and from the start, the service I received was far from satisfactory. Caleb was often unresponsive, sometimes taking several days to reply to my follow-ups. On multiple occasions, he gave excuses as to why he hadn't gotten back to me, which made me feel undervalued as a client. After reviewing other online reviews, they seem to have a pattern of behavior. The lack of professionalism continued on closing day, when Caleb didn't even bother to show up. Didn't even hear from him day of closing. Instead, he sent his transaction coordinator who seemed uncomfortable and clueless. In my experience and from what I know of other agents, this is unheard of. Not having your realtor at such an important moment reflects poorly on their commitment to clients. Additionally, I was automatically assigned Hanah Mirza to handle my new construction and I've never once heard from her in the three months since I signed my contract. It's unacceptable for a realtor to completely neglect communication with a client. Especially during such a significant process. Overall, I felt like just another number to this company. Caleb Mangum comes off as friendly and attentive when trying to secure you as a client, but once you're under contract, his true lack of care shows. I would not recommend this agency or agent to anyone looking for personalized or professional service, please go elsewhere. They are FOS!
