The other realtor did not offer these options to us. She was passionate and confident that she could sell our homes in the current market. Within 6 days of listing our homes we had multiple offers. We would highly recommend anyone looking to list their home to call Heidi and her team at KPR.

We accidentally found Brynn Bailey as we started our search for property for sale on the Big Island…read moreof Hawaii. And we are SO glad that we did. Her website allowed us to select filters and areas and to view homes that were for sale that matched our search criteria. She reached out to us and asked if she could be of any assistance either with our online search or in person. As it turned out, we were planning a trip to the island to scout out a few areas in person. We decided that it would be benificial to have the help of a realtor. Again, we are SO glad that we did. Brynn Bailey is a fantastic realtor, a one of a kind, hands down, the best real estate agent that we have ever worked with !! She was not only very professional and knowledgeable both about real estate in general, and also each of all the different areas that we had expressed an interest in. She was able to tell us both the pros and cons of different neighborhoods and she knew different climates and lava zones that needed to be considered. She was able to put together a wide range of houses that met the criteria that we had given her, and offered information about the process of buying a house in Hawaii and she was also up to date with all the changes having to do with buyers' agent and sellers' agents' contracts. And she worked tirelessly, listening to all of our feedback about the many houses that she had showed us, and then she found the perfect house... the home of our dreams !!! And she worked nonstop with the buyers' agents and was able to help negotiate a workable deal. But her help didn't end there, she assisted in finding a mortgage broker, and she stepped in to represent us and handle many of the items needed for closing, like setting up the house inspection and even being there for the inspection and final walk through (as we were back on the mainland and actually out of the country during most of the time leading up to the closing. And even after closing, she has been able to assist us with information about shipping and moving companies. So, I just can't say enough good things about Brynn... professional, friendly, knowledgeable, hard working, and now not only do we have our new 'dream home', we also have new friend that we stay in contact with as we start our new life in the slice of paradise that she help make possible for us. We whole heartly recommend Brynn Bailey to anyone in need of any real estate services. She gets an 11 on a scale of 1 to 10 in our book !! Thank you Brynn for all of your hard work, and your great advice and assistance throughout the process, Richard and Todd
