I arrive and there is no clear direction of where to park, one gentleman outside taking stuff out of large bins so I parked in front of him and asked if he worked here. He looked straight at me and said nothing, so I asked again, do you work here. Again no response. He started to move towards me and I asked for a 3rd time, do you work here. No response to that question but he gestures at me that I need to back up, so I do and then gestures at me to drive around a semi. So I do. I get out of the car as he grabs a trash bin and I ask, do you pay for the cans and I then gestured money in the only way I knew how an f he then responded with I don't know. At this point I just told him, never mind and left. Great waste of my time with poor customer service.

Where to start, ive been a prepaid customer for over 7 years, and have had them for over 15 years…read more So to find out I can't cancel residential service and get a refund for the $170.28 you just charged me for yesterday is ridiculous. To find out that you are trying to charge $75 to pickup a cart is ridiculous. If I turn in the cart it can only be between 8 am to 5 pm to an unattended station that directions are posted at is ridiculous. Are you going to give me a W2 for doing your job? Your website is GARBAGE! You can't find a number to cancel and it took 35 minutes to get through to your customer service only to be told there is no refund for services I have used for 1 day. I liked their online account set up, but there is literally NO WAY TO CANCEL service online, or on the phone, or via email, or via chat, though their chatbot tries to tell you there is a way. You can't. It doesn't work. The Chatbot takes you to instructions, but the options to cancel are not there, according to their instructions. When I was finally able to reach a real chat person after being on the Chat for 10 minutes, I was told that I had to call 800-869-5566 to speak to a representative to cancel. Wasn't Cashayla a representative? OK... I called the number waited another 10 minutes. Reached a human-- yay! She took ALL of the information, asked why I was cancelling, I told her I was changing to another company, she typed in everything on my account profile, and I told her this Thursday would be our last day for service and I'd like to settle up the bill... and then she said she had to transfer me to a representative to cancel. UH, isn't she a representative? SO, she transfers my call. I wait on hold about 3 more minutes... and then line disconnects! So I call the same number back. I go through the call tree, and now here I am, another 13 minutes later, and the connection is ringing and ringing and ringing. Evidently all the representatives have left? I have no idea if my service will be stopped at this point, I cannot get through to anyone to see if it is cancelled. I was able to stop my autopay, so hopefully they got the message and I can move on. I almost never leave a negative review, however this needs to be said.
