In my case, I arrived at Centraal at about 9:15 PM and checked in across the street at the Hampton. The Desk Agent was not too hopeful that I'd find anything for dinner at that hour and directed me toward Chinatown. I spotted this place along the way and was glad I did. The staff were quite friendly and accommodating. I was hungry and opted for the Mixed Grill Schotel, which I chose to eat there. The facility was basic and not elegant but was clean and well kept. My dinner was very tasty and I had enough to take away for another meal. The value was quite good. With drink, my total bill was less than €15. I was happy with this deal. I'll look for this place again if I'm in central Antwerp.

Best tastes are in my opinion the Garlic King and Smokey Sheriff. The Spicy Samourai was incredibly spicy, I could'nt handle it so had to pass it over to my friend :-/ The good thing about the pita's in this restaurant? Enough vegetables inside! Drink an Ayran with it (Turkish yoghurt drink) and sit on their cosy terrace. A big durum you pay 5,50€ so it's reasonable, and the interior of the restaurant is modern, light and attractive. Friendly staff. They have good fries although I never take them, the durum is big enough. A selection of desserts as well, I believe baklava, donuts, brownies and stuff like that. They don't serve alcohol but there is a shop just in front, you can buy a beer there and enjoy your pita on a bench at the Falconplein... But beware, plenty of drunk people around looking for someone to talk to...You might not stay alone for long! This place is open till early in the morning, ideal after a wild night at Café D'Anvers... Or the Red Light District... :)))

Lots of vegetables, including pickles, corn and cabbage with super moist rice and crispy chicken pieces for only $6 euro. I had it with the yummy garlic sauce. My boyfriend had a spicy falafel. Great place for a quick, inexpensive bite that's not fast food.
