A lot of the shops we stopped at had quick and efficient service, they must be used to the crowds. My only regret was not being able to fit all of the different foods I wanted to try! There is 2 rather large steel tables, the one on the far left side has the fresh fruit assortment. To the right, is a selection of greens, and other veggies. There are also some grain based salads and pasta items. The other table has some chickpeas and more veggies, cheese, tofu, tuna, turkey, assorted nuts, pumpkin and sunflower seeds, and of course - dressings. The salad bar goes by weight. They have a few different sized clear plastic containers you use, and fill up as you see fit. A large container filled up comes to around the $10 mark - give or take. The produce is fresh, and the staff seems fairly friendly. They also sell pop and juice in a cooler you also help yourself to if you so desire. I always take mine to go as I live just upstairs in the building, but they do have a seating area if you wish to eat there. I don't think it seats too many, but it's never super busy. So, if your downtown, want something healthy, fresh, fast and not overly pricey, this is a place you really should check out!

I am in full support of smaller local businesses and also the pickings are slim when you need food and items delivered to your door. I have ordered important quarantine items like juice and soup--the basics when you can't leave the house they provide an efficient service to the community. I remember when Farm to table opened and the owner offered generous discounts it was a great way to get people interested. At that time they also had alot more artisninal items from local companies such as Savoury farms pie company--however they don't supply their products anymore--not sure why. I have noticed a dwindling of these types of products and I hope they seek to replenish their stocks with other local bakers, artisans and goodies. It's beginning to have more of a local convenience store vibe rather than the ambiance they started with, but their online warehouse is stocked with more items than the storefronts are. The website is fully functional and user friendly, in contrast to Choices market where you have to input the items you want without being able to actually see the item first. In contrast, the FTB website has all of their products online and I just click and add to cart. The delivery service is free with an order over 60$. You choose the time you want to receive it. The first delivery was efficient and friendly, but the second driver called me and complained she couldn't find any parking, this was a bit annoying because the first driver had no issues--it's downtown. I think she may have been new because after she dropped off my box, she knocked again to ask if she could take a photo of the package. Overall, I will continue to support this grocer because it has more of a sense of community than other bigger chains.
