This is a Spanish/Italian fusion tapas concept restaurant. Collo has a very warm, gemutlich,…read morefriendly atmosphere. You sit in a subterranean space so it feels like a cave. The place can get warm and loud when full of people, which happens on a Monday night because all tapas are 2.50 euros, and on Thursday night, which is pizza night.
I would recommend this place as a fun spot to dine out and very economical if you hit the discount tapas prices. Fairly good cooking on the tapas, but slightly too much salted ham/pork on most of the selections. Our party of six ordered two pasta dishes, which were deliciously prepared and a good choice. Try the pastas here.
