As a disclaimer we actually only went here to eat because it was included in our package of our…read morehotel stay. It was just past COVID opening and things were fairly disorganized. It took us a while to get seated and menus. However, once we got a server (she was brand new) she was friendly, helpful and efficient. We each got a Caesar, which came from the casino bar. Probably one of the WORST Caesar's I have ever had. Watered down (was there any alcohol in there)? And no spice or flavour. Do yourself a flavour and skip the bar drinks unless you are getting a beer. I decided on the Cajun salmon with wild rice and the Brussel spouts. My husband got the chicken Corden blue with fries. Took awhile for the food to come out (which was odd, we were one of two couples in the entire place). First came out complementary warm pretzels. They were delicious and came with a nice mustard dip. Nice change from the usual bread basket you get at restaurants. I have to say the food was in general, really good. My husband found the tomato sauce on the chicken a little odd tasting (I have to agree) but the portion was really large and the chicken was cooked correctly. Perhaps not flattened enough and the filling inside was a little skimpy but still good. My salmon was excellent. It was perfectly cooked and a lovely Cajun seasoning on it. The rice was decent, and the Brussel sprouts were AMAZING. If I come here again I will order a double portion. Tender, sautéed in butter with some walnuts and raisins. So lovely. And lucky for me, hubby's came with it as well and I got his portion as well. I wouldn't go out of my way to eat here, but food was good.

We also both took advantage of the free Wednesday wings for hotel guests: you can have as many free wings as you like with your choice of sauce AND free beer! Can't say no to that! The service needs some work. The hostess walked right past us when we arrived, and we were trying to figure out if we could seat ourselves or if we had to wait to be seated (there was no sign). I made eye contact with her and asked if we could seat ourselves (we had at breakfast) and she said "Hahaha noooooooo... I was just busy for a moment, you can follow me." The other waitresses didn't seem attached to the idea of serving us, and passed us right back to the hostess when it was time for us to pay our bill.

I downloaded this app to complain about this horrible experience. My friend and I were going to…read moreorder a plant-based pepperoni pizza because she's vegan. she asked for a "plant based pepperoni pizza" and he went to work. Halfway through we wondered if he was going put plantbased cheese because we didn't say that and maybe had to clarify. So when we asked him if he put dairy free cheese he started getting defensive and raising his voice, saying we didn't specify the cheese OR the pepperoni. She said that she didn't specify the cheese (which she admitted to!) but politely told that she did ask for plantbased pepperoni. He started calling her a liar multiple times so she asked me if she was telling the truth to which he didn't let me respond by saying. "She's your friend, she'll agree with you on everything!" He kept saying she was lying so I went up and tried to diffuse the situation by saying. "okay, we know now." But he seemed to want to yell at us. Saying; "I'll finish the pizza if you admit that you are a liar." She didn't say that and instead said she'd just appreciate it if he did make the pizza. So he called her a liar a few more times then went to the back to finish the pizza. When he came back to the front, we'd assumed that he was done talking down to us, but no. When he handed us the pizza he told us. "don't be a lair, lying is bad for you." So we took the pizza not saying anything and he followed us out the doors saying. "You've admitted you're a liar now." This was the worst experience I've ever had with another person. He was so unnecessarily aggressive and demeaning towards us over a misunderstanding, it's was insanely out of control. Never go there, this dude is the worst. F

When they…read morefirst opened, the staff were very rude by blocking the doorway when we didn't order anything (we were curious of the prices) and refused to let us leave. Recently I have been willing to go back there, with ordering in. For the most part the pizzas are good, however some ingredients (and thus the quality) are just like their prices: cheap! A 4.50 fee for a salad should stand up to the price. Chopping a head of lettuce right down to the dirty bitter ends, topped with store-bought precooked chicken and bacon is a salad I could make at home for a fraction of the price, to feed a whole family. Canned shrimp on pizza is just as disgusting as the canned spam (aka "ham") on the pizza. This time around I avoided food poisoning by NOT eating the salad. The chicken was spoiled, and the container itself had an awful stench that one would and should be weary of. I personally will never order from them again, and I will be making sure to keep my friends and family safe from possible food poisoning by recommending any other pizza parlor in town.
