I ordered my food at 5:15 PM and the estimated delivery time was 29 minutes. it is now 8 PM and my food is now estimated to get here between 9 PM and 9:16 PM. I called the store and they said they only had one delivery driver. you need to hire more delivery drivers. I order from this location often so much that this pizza was purchased using points- the app said the pizza was ready on the screen inside the store read my food was ready as well however employees stated it wasn't then proceeded to say those are estimates even stated that's your pizza in the oven do you see it? definately condescending enough to not visit again read more

Worst location ever! Took almost 2 hrs in total to get my order. The 1st one they messed up by sending me some dry, cold, over cooked pizza and wings. Then I had to drive up to the place to return it and they got little kids with no professionalism speaking on the behalf of the manager. I like their pizzas for the most part but don't like it or feel it's sanitary that they do not have to wear gloves when they make the pizzas. One day in particular the young making mine held his personal phone in one hand and made pizza with the other. He looked over at me and stuck it in his back pocket. I ordered online at the Blackjack location two nights in a row. The first night which was 6/22/18 we waited over 3 hours for delivery while repeatedly calling the store and being placed on hold so we finally went to bed. Not to mention my 12 year old daughter had 4 of her starving friends over for a slumber party. I tried to give this same location another chance on 6/23/18 and place another online order at 9:20 pm and after calling several times complaining someone finally showed up at 11:25 pm. My wife and I were actually outside getting in the car headed to the store for a refund when the young lady pulled up. She assured us she would refund our money when she got back to the store considering the circumstances. We have yet to have received the refund. She did offer to still give us our food which was cold and dry. We ended up throwing it all away and going to White Castles since we had a house of hungry girls who insisted we order Dominoes two nights in a row.
