Strike 1: Late delivery resulting in cold pizza. A disappointment but something that can occasionally happen.
Strike 2: The company now has a chance to redeem itself and offers us a set of coupon codes. But... the coupon codes are not mailed.
Strike 3: Even after contacting them again the codes are never mailed.
I can understand things do not always go as planned. If a company handles this correctly and it does not happen too often, no harm done. But... if you handle a complaint badly...
