What happens when you're the cheapest and busiest pizza parlour in Palm Beach during school holidays and a busy tourism period. You lose focus and quality control, and we experienced that first hand with a recent order. Two large pizzas turned into three large pizzas, and our specified "thin 'n crispy crust" was an almost undercooked bed of pillow-soft dough. And while the toppings looked like what we ordered, we weren't sure. However, it was late in the evening and we couldn't be bothered returning them or questioning our order. Which begs the question "why are the pizzas inspected before being given to the customer and what is the inspector looking for?" Because if he/she looked at our order ticket, and then the crust the toppings were on, it would have never left the store. Domino's Pizza is certainly value-for-money but that value is greatly diminished with experiences like this one. read more
