I know what is an excellent printing service and I am super attentive to small details. I'm also an amateur photographer and I wanted to have one of my images printed. I searched on Yelp and liked Graffika reviews, as all customers seemed to be very happy with them. The service they offer is beyond perfect. It's really excellent. If all you need is perfection with reasonable prices, don't look any further. This is for sure, the best service you can get.

After using Print Time a few times for my business & personal uses, my expectations were exceeded significantly. I always appreciate excellent service - I think I notice and value it more than most people - so thank you for continuing to do that. There's no question where to go in future and I'd even wait longer or pay more to use them over somewhere else if it ever came to that.

I am a graphic designer and have been taking my printing projects to Phil at Print Time since 2006…read more What I love about Phil is that he is a problem solver and is terrific at helping find the best way to produce a product for my clients at the best possible rate, without sacrificing quality. He also thinks about and cares about what he is printing. I love that when I have designed a file with a graphic that is placed too close to a margin, or that has some funky artifact that he will stop printing and call me to discuss, giving me an opportunity to adjust the file and send it to him again, thus ensuring that I am getting exactly what my customers want. Another reason I love this company is that they are now associated with a private courier company, so I can get my files printed, packaged and delivered to the client all from one location. How great is that? There are lots of bigger print shops, and maybe even some that are cheaper (although I haven't found any) in Vancouver, but the personalized service at Print Time, combined with the high level of quality is what keeps me a loyal and regular customer.

It was as if they were reading my mind. Well, maybe they were reading my Tweets. It's a small-ish shop, but for now they can handle most of the jobs in house. Later, they have the option to send it to the bigger Minuteman shops. At the front desk and on the phone is young Kevin, a multi-tasker in the least. C.S., a bit of graphic design and print shop experienced. He was very accommodating and able to manipulate my file to make a small design change that made a big difference. Franchise owner Amir is there to keep the show in line. These two are so friendly you almost want to invite them for dinner! My job was no big challenge, but it was done efficiently and on time. There are a few print shops in the area to choose from but I'd use Minuteman again. Thanks guys! -V.E.V

When I came to point this out to them 4 months after the job was printed, they just laughed, like it was real funny. This was a printing job that cost me over $6000. They literally did not care. I could not make them understand or even accept what a major inconvenience this was. They literally acted like I was a nuisance, bothering them. I just can't imagine any professional business behaving in this manner. Never again.
