A small restaurant in tourist row on the plaza. We walked through the plaza and came across Domingo on our way to the waterfront. On the way back we decided to stop and get a little food.
A small eatery, with a covered tent interior area and small outdoor area. It was a little windy, so we opted to sit under the cover.
The staff were all friendly and kind, the food simple but good. They have a decent tapas offering so I went for one of my favs, Pan con Tomate. Simple, and good - the bread lightly toasted and freshly ground tomato spread with a hint of sea salt and oregano.
Next we tried their Patatas Bravas, also simple and basic, done well. Freshly baked with a light paprika dusting. This dish is made hundreds of different ways in the country, everybody has their version. This one is simple and basic.
The food was okay, it met our needs for the afternoon and it was very inexpensive for the area of town.
3.5 Stars rounded up for the staff
