I described what I had and then met him there with 2 workers. After taking a look at my items he made what I considered a very fair cash offer for everything I didn't want. His workers emptied out the units, loaded what I want to keep into my truck and the rest into theirs, and then swept the units out so they were ready to turn back over to the storage unit management.
