AVOID, he (Sid) took my call out fee and never came back. Sid came to look at my dishwasher and said the power board and seal had broken and he'd get back to me with a price. I paid him the £45 call-out fee and waited 4 days for a call back. After agnoring all of my calls for 4 days. My husband rang and left a message that he had a broken appliance and was called back straight away. Minutes later I got a quote for parts that were more than the cost of a new machine. My husband found the parts for next to nothing from a local shop and took the machine apart to see what we needed. He found a piece of glass stuck in the pipe and took it out. The dishwasher now works. If you want someone to come and tell you your machine is not working for £45 and not fix it then ring this man. I am discusted to be treated like this, I can't get my £45 back because it was the call-out fee. Please avoid this service provider. I feel like I've been conned.
