I am completely inspired to try and replicate this at home. Pimientos de Padron are small jalapeño looking peppers but they are not hot were grilled in olive oil and sprinkled with sea salt and they were delicious. Datiles con Bacon, you can't go wrong with bacon and dates! Frito Mallorquin de Matanzas was a pork stew, and oh so good. The server enticed me with decaf con leche and I thought that was the perfect end. Then to top the meal, a bottle arrived with a liquor only made on this island.
