It's a must stop if you are heading from Valencia to Xativa. Simple, but very tasty bocadillo. It is one of those things, that you know that are genius, because of its simplicity that is not always easy to bring together. The famous bocadillo is registered as a Authors right. Well, the bread is round, double the size of hamburger, soft inside and crusty outside (it doesn't scratch your mouth like baguette bread). The inner sause is natural tomato pulp with olive oil with herbs and a bit of garlic. The meat is thin, soft and taste like meat. Is it marinated before barbecuing? Who knows, it's Author's secret.
