So a friend convinced me to go at this "amazing" café that she'd visit before for lunch and I…read morefollowed. The weather was good so outside tables were all taken and we went at the back garden and sat. Few minutes later, some other people sat at the table next to us and a waiter gave them some menus although we hadn't given any. 5 minutes later I went inside and asked the menu myself (then was when I decided not to leave any tips later). We were given plenty of time to decide what we wanted and we ordered. All drinks arrived right away, except mine! After sometime someone came and asked if I wanted something else to drink because they run out of their home-made lemonade! Food arrived with no delay and it was quite good. Nothing spectacular, but what expected for the price. We finished eating, we finished drinking, we finished talking and a waiter didn't come to ask us if we want something more to drink or pick up the empty plates. So we went inside ourselves to pay and I said "goodbye forever Café Ciré"!

I just love the scrambled eggs, yogurt with blueberry compote, and the juicy little parcels of smoked salmon, cream cheese and herbs that they have. Yes, there is only one place you want to f with if you want a decent brunch buffet that doesn't cost the earth on Valby Langgade. And free tea/coffee is included! The last time I went there I was impressed with the fancy brand of tea they carry but I just wanted some black tea so I told the dude and off he went and brought me some very high quality black tea, included, of course, in the price.

Second, this is a fantastic neighborhood bar with 10 great beer taps ranging from Pils to IPA to Sours - from Europe and America. The staff is friendly and happy to provide a sample if you're not sure what you'd like. I got a recommendation for this place from a bartender at Mikkeler Bar and I'm glad I stopped by!

Stopped in here a couple of times a week when I was a student at CBS. Great little dive bar close…read moreto the CBS campus, with reasonable prices (for CPH) and friendly staff. Pint will run you around 25 kr. and they sold trays of Fisk for somewhere around 200 kr. The mix of crusty old regualrs and students give this place a great, unique vibe where you are sure to find some good times. Lots of great memories in this place.

It has a very nice selection of beers on tap and if you crave nachos, they even serve that as well. Its not because the place has a crazy amount of space, but its just perfect for perhaps 50 people and comedians. Do be aware of the tiny step down from the bar to the central area - it tricked me a few times (and while tipsy, you look funny while tripping over this tiny step) The place is located close to a hospital, which serves as a great challenge for the comedians, when an ambulance passes by every now and then - and it does; quite often that is. I will most definitely be back for more beers and comedy at this place!
