I was always told not to take my Peterbilt to a "truck shop" anywhere out of my home state to get…read morerepairs unless ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY. And I should have listened. This shop was of NO HELP!! I went for a 3 axle alignment which I was told would cost $250 maybe a little more depending on the condition, and it would take maybe 3 to 4 hours. Well... After 3.5 hours of working on the truck, I was told that it would not be ready until maybe the following day. They had to order parts and such... Order parts for an alignment?? The mechanic then told me that he didn't have a "magic wand" so he could only do what he could do. Not to mention they were charging me $85 per hour. So after all this mess, I had them put my truck back together because I was not willing to chances luck with it maybe being done the following day. This would have taken my mechanic back in Houston, Texas maybe 4 hours. So now I'm back at my hotel room getting ready to leave Ohio to go back to Houston to have my truck repaired, I noticed that their so called mechanic left my u bolts all loose. Thanks Kenny. Hands down the worst service ever. I wish they would have informed me how "extensive" the job was going to be before they even started. Would have avoided all this mess. I would not refer any of my trucker brothers to this shop. Keep on truckin down the road for a better option. OH!!!! And they charged me $265 for absolutely nothing!!! My truck is WAY WORSE than when I originally took it in.

Dear PETE we may not have words to express How wonderful you have been from the moment you arrived…read moreto us till y departed. You are above and beyond Rating your everything in a piece of paper. Such a kind person who knows what he's doing in and around his day to day jobs. The Dialogue, the Road ride, our interaction, the Story about our great country (USA), the long carrier of your truck driving, the jokes, above all your Honesty, everything we talked about was exciting and meaningful. I didn't know even we're already at Penske in Columbus, OH. The three hours we have been with you was exciting and productive. we wish we will have you again. Thank you for your Service dear PETE. we were privileged to know you. Enjoy your time.

Highway robbery!!!…read more They did a good job with the tow service and were quick to the scene! They even let us remove the brokers freight from our truck before it was impounded. But at what cost? Their customer service was terrible! We waited days for responses from their team! They charged us roughly $25,000 for a roll over tow and a clean up. It felt as if we were being purposely price gouged to an extreme to force us to use our insurance. Their lack of communication was unacceptable along with their poor customer service. I'd never recommend this company to anybody! The owner Micheal also wasn't happy by my word of choice in an email by saying "per usual" referring to their lack of communication and decided to add $7,000 to our bill as "storage fees" that he previously agreed to not charge us. He also wouldn't release the truck unless we zelled them the difference between what the insurance covered and what was left over ($5,000). He would not let us use a credit card because he was scared we would dispute the charge. That alone says a lot about the type of company Micheal runs. "I will not risk a charge back" , these are his words. I've been in the trucking industry for over 5 years and have never been forced to pay a bill via Zelle or my truck wouldn't be released. On a side note, Jenn at the front desk is a pleasure to deal with as are most of his employees.
