There were mistakes made by the designer and her measurements that we then had bought things that we could no longer use and couldn't return because she didn't tell us about her mistake until over 6months after she told us to order our appliances. I'm then there were more mistakes that she wouldn't own up to. We ended up deducting the expenses from the things we wasted money on but couldn't return but then they threatened to sue us. I would never, ever recommend this company. We are so upset with how everything was handled.

We decided to go with Smith Home Gallery for our locker unit after winning a gift card at a…read morefundraising event. We met with the designer and got so excited for the vision she put together. We put the deposit down in February and were told it should be ready late May to early June. Late May I checked in to see if we had an ETA yet and was told by the designer that they had a meeting next week and she would let me know more. After 6 weeks of not hearing anything I again followed up. She said they were looking at August and would let me know as soon as she knew more. Another 6 weeks went by and I hadn't heard anything, we were now to mid August. I once again checked in. The designer did not answer any of my questions in the email, only said that they were about 2 weeks out. We decided to cancel our project and asked for a refund of our deposit. They agreed to cancel it without any explanation about their poor customer service or an apology. It has now been a week since they supposedly mailed the refund check and we have still not received it. I'm so happy we decided to start with a smaller project instead of our whole kitchen. If you like communication and realistic timelines I would definitely not recommend Smith Home Gallery.

Mark and his team are really talented, dedicated, on time, and hard working people (and they clean up perfectly every day to ensure I am not inconvenienced and my living areas are not compromised). Mark is a very honest and patient person who has consulted with me along the way; offering different options with pros and cons to help me make the right decisions for me. Right from the start he knew what I wanted and quickly adapted to options that fit within my design plans (along with providing ideas I had not even thought of but have since implimented). He will be building custom kitchen cabinets for me, as his work here is spectacular - he is a true talent in this area. I am really looking forward to that portion of the project. We are on schedule and the space is coming a long very nicely.

He did an excellent job. Reasonable time frame, and lined up an installer to fit the cabinet into our kitchen. Love it and will go back to Roger for other projects and we continue setting the house up.
