She is very thoughtful, attentive and considered when viewing to make a quote; she listens and thoroughly takes in what needs to be done and the desire of the property owner. Her quotes are detailed and painstaking, it is clear she is a real and highly trained professional who is concerned with using the best, most suitable preparation and decorating techniques from a broad and rich repetoire of skills. Her approach is focused and very hard working, she turns up on time and spends as much time as she needs to to do a proper job. She has a lovely, unassuming, polite, warm, kind manner and is a pleasure to have in the house. She respects ones property and leaves no mess. I would say the words high quality, trustworthy, talented, specialist, helpful and outstanding sum her up. I had had a very bad experience with a previous decorator who was a real cowboy yet charged more or less the same as Kate. Kate demonstrated to me that there are supremely well trained, caring decorators who do their very best (and that best is exceptional) for their customers. Extremely pleased.
