Extremely rude staff, surprised they put so much money/time into the remodel to continue to hire rude people. Not sure if she's the manager but an older woman with short hair (who never has her mask on correctly) is really unpleasant to interact with and will act like you're inconveniencing her by working there. read more

The manager of this store is nasty! She never smiles, answers you with a snotty tone, gives people dirty looks for no reason. I went in one day to apply for a job because I am retired now and looking for a couple days a week. I am a huge asset. Educated, management experience, retail experience, and I understand what customer service is!! When I gave her my application and resume she was short and nasty to me saying she did not have time for "this right now". I was just asking her to accept it not do anything at that moment. Every time I go to the store she has such a miserable face. I no longer will ever use this store again!!! I have found a different one in Hadley with much nicer people.
