Gift bags and party favors are available at a fraction of other stores. M. Where the others don't open until 9. I know it sounds like a miniscule difference but when you have a toddler, an Elementary School child, and you have to be at work. 8 a. M. Can be the difference. In general all the locations that I visit, the staff is helpful and courteous and the stores are well-stocked. That is unless you hit them after some kind of holiday or special occasion
