The store manager and his assistant girl friend are less than friendly or honest. I use to shop…read morethere sev. times per week, one day while shopping I left my phone n purchases by the register to run to my car to obtain a credit card and when I returned my phone was gone. When I ask them to call the number so I could see where I left it they said they couldn't. I ask the m to ck. the security cameras and they said they were fake. I proceeded to check every place I had been at in the store. The store is small and there was only 2 other people in there. I didn't find the phone, I then checked the car and last couple places I had been. When I did not find the phone and I tried to call it when I got home to no avail I decided to sign in and Google the last place to phone was and it came up to Family Dollar. I have never saw the phone again so I know that's where I left it. I then found out on Facebook that the assistant was saying that I accuse them of stealing it. Which I did not accuse anybody of stealing anything I just asked if they could help me find it. About a week later I sent my 12 year old daughter into the store for something and she was confronted by the manager who was yelling at her saying that he didn't want me or my daughter into the store anymore because of the way we acted. My 12 year old daughter had no idea what he was talking about but left the store. A couple months later my daughter tried to return again to purchase something and was confronted by the assistant manager and told never to come back in there and we still don't know what we did wrong. I have tried to contact the Family Dollar headquarters and have gotten nowhere. All I have to say is thank God for Dollar General!
