Staff are always nice but there has never been more than 2 registers open at a time and most of the time it's just one. They have a huge selection of books....all kinds including children's books. I buy for my kids here all the time. It's just hard to find if you are looking for something specific. They keep up with items from the current season which is nice. Some prices are better than other stores bur some are not. If you sign up to be a member you get emails about current items, discounts on your order and invitations to special events. You don't want to see pictures....it's not pretty but is worth the trip if you have time to look around.

It does go up and down depending on management. I asked a store employee why so many things unmarked. He said that Ollies does that. They can not put a price on everything. It is so buyers have to take it up to the register to get price. This is just stupid! The employees were great. The manager was right at me when I told the cashier about things not being priced. Nothing. Get a new manager! Not unless he has come in to this store and trying to get straight. I would have bought more items if they were marked!

This store reminds me of the stores that line Jamaica Avenue in New York. Very reminiscent of National Wholesale Liquidators. They literally sell everything here even some furniture. I visited today for Christmas decor. I needed a purple tree skirt. Low and behold they had a few left at $4.99 ! Many stores are selling tacky designed skirts or overpriced ones for $30-40 at Target and Walmart. No mam. I found one in my budget. A coworker of mine suggested this location because of how big it is. I also scored some Parisian themed bathroom decor that included a ceramic lotion/ hand soap pump and toothbrush holder. This was perfect to complete my bathroom. So why the 3 stars, the store has a lot of tacky clothing that is low quality. This takes up most of the store. Didn't like this aspect. Not too sure about the price of some items as a real deal.
