the upper managment needs to start treating their employees better. they get worked like dogs and treated like trash for hardly anything. the ones that dont want to do much get away with it and those that do work have the joy of picking up the slack the others wont do. the reason workers quit is due to this. you cant work your employees into the ground and then expect them to stay!!!! The two guys that is in there will do anything to help you and they are alway running around working and are as nice as can be then you see others standing around in the same spot holding the same thing for 30+ mins.
