Some products are generic, but many are name brands, such as Colgate, Jergens, and Brillo. Furthermore, unlike other so-called dollar stores, Dollar Tree never charges more than $1 for a product. I went on a "shopping spree" and still spent less than $20! At the checkout, the lines of customers were long, but the cashier called another cashier up to the front to open another line, and I had to wait in line for only one minute. The cashier thanked me for my purchase, and he wished me a good day.
