Checker was still on the phone 20 minutes later. I asked can I get checked out. She gave me attitude and told me to go to another checker. Tried to complain and they made out like it was my fault. This was my third time using grocery pickup: * First visit: Smooth, quick, no issues. * Second visit: Waited 45 minutes. I assumed it was because of the holidays and decided to give them another chance. * Today: Waited an hour and a half, and they brought out half my order. I went inside to get assistance, and management refused to help. They told me to call the 1-800 number and deal with it myself. The line is mostly AI, so it took nearly 10 minutes just to reach a real person. At this point, I'm done. I will never use Walmart again, and I'm sharing this so others know what to expect.

Today the store was having an issue with their front door. A staff member outside waited for me to walk up to the door before speaking. She told me she couldn't believe I went to the door after seeing her outside. Now she didn't speak before that. No "we are temporarily closed nothing before, practically telling me I was a dumb ass for not knowing why she was standing outside. The person working on a ladder 6 feet away from the door then told her she could go ahead and open it. She dilly dallied on her phone and then opened the door and turned to me and said she still needed to deal with the alarm. Another customer showed up and I explained that I was waiting for the alarm to be turned off. She stood there with me. Next another employee appeared from the parking lot. She went to unlock the door. I explained that it was already unlocked and was ignored. She soon figured it out for herself. Next I see the original woman, wondering slowly across the store with a cash drawer. Neither employee were eager to reopen the store even though they had apparently had an unscheduled break. They also didn't take the time to explain that there was no pharmacist available due to the unscheduled closing. These folks need to understand that customers aren't psychic and that a little effort goes a long way.
