However, I visited this local store and I found myself with one of the rudest employee working there. Her name is Janice. Janice has a horrible and nasty attitude towards customers. Not all but I guess the ones she doesn't feel deserve it. I went to purchase some balloons and asked her the process which yes is pretty straight forward but she was rude when she told me. Her tone was rude and sarcastic. Not what I expected from her. She didn't have to respond with a rude tone. I proceeded to make my purchase with her, she overcharged me , then she gave me the receipt and continued with the next customer without handing me my purchase. In my opinion, a person like her should not be up front helping customers. If she is going to be rude she should not deal with anyone but work on her own. Customer service is always number one when you work anywhere you have to deal with people. After I left I had to go back in because she had charged me something I didn't take. I spoke to her manager Severa and she was even rude to her by telling her how it happened in a rude tone. I told.the manager that she was very rude and she told her she would talk to her. I could see by Janice's tone with her manager that she has no respect for her Superior either sowhat can one as a customer expect. Overall, Severa the manager was very friendly and told me she would have a talk with her.

They have a large variety of merchandise for the home, kitchen, some decoration items, school supplies, cleaning products, food items, candy, and more. I go there whenever I need greeting cards, wrapping paper, bows and gift bags because they have the best prices on greeting cards. Some of the items, like artificial flowers, are of poor quality, but they do have wire wreaths and other supplies for great prices. My service and check-out experience at this location has varied depending on who is working. Sometimes it is slow. Seldom warm and friendly, but, let's face it, we go to Dollar Tree looking for bargain prices.

Seems like a new location never noticed it but also from the look of it boxes out all over the…read moreplace. So it was kind of hard to find items. Employees everywhere yet not greeted once. I waked up to the register had a light on and someone in front of me, the cashier turns off the light and walks away as I'm reaching for my 3 items. UM, ok well I wish she would have said something. Most of these employees are young so maybe they just need a little training or to warm up. I proceeded to the next isle not greeted either and was given the wrong change she was young too so I hope she just needs practice and perhaps she was nervous. The biggest issue was the manager. As my disabled mother-in-law and I tried to leave, several carts blocked our path. The manager saw us struggling, walked past, and didn't move a single one. I had to clear the way myself while managing two small children. Extremely rude and disappointing behavior.
