Found this gem of a grocery store when we moved to Guntown. Love the store! Great great prices on…read moremeat, soda, eggs and a few other things. Most of everyone working there is friendly and welcoming. The thing we had to get use to was them wanting to take the groceries out to your car for you and load them up. The…read morestore definitely feels like the smaller, local Mom and Pop shops a lot of us grew up with, in the South. The store is on the smaller side in the contemporary world of truly super-sized stores, but should have everything you're looking for in a traditional grocery store. In my experience, they have easily the best, consistent pricing on steaks and meat, in the greater Tupelo area. I also enjoy subtle details like their large selection of Mitchell's branded seasonings, that specifically cover everything from seafood, to pork chops, to ribs and brisket. From mild to spicy, and regional, from New Orleans to Texas style(s). The store is well laid out, clean and tidy. The staff is always friendly and helpful; they are more than happy to help you to your car, should you need it. They also hold a weekly grocery lotto, worth about $50. Would definitely recommend.
