The bar itself if run by one or two helpers, the grandmother, daughters and granddaughter. The daughters run the pastry counter. They are very, very friendly and make great espresso and cappuccinos. This was the first time being in Italy that someone was that nasty. Good thing there's plenty of gelato in Bacoli. Coming from food service and being a descent person I would never treat anyone like that no matter what nationality they were.
