For Valentine, I had their cupcakes: chocolate, vanilla. The chocolate cupcake was dry. The bottom of the cake was sticking on the cupcake paper. I arrived at the Lafrenaie location inside the Roaster's which has its own entrance on Atwater Ave on my sister's birthday. Moreover, I was looking for a last minute cake. There were several options available but I needed assistance. All the while FaceTiming my mom and sending pictures of cakes to my brother in law, Roxanne waited and smiled patiently and even chipped in with recommendations. We finally came to an agreement and she offered to personalize the cake and asked me if I was going to eat it that evening or the next day because the strawberries would be frozen . She went in the back and replaced all the frozen berries on top pf the cake for fresh ones so that we could enjoy it the same day. She went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. This whole experience was totally 5 STARS !!!!
