SERVICE The person who helped us, Michael, was super knowledgeable and very patient! He helped us find lizards that were child-friendly and coached us on how to take care of them. He helped us pick two leopard geckos and all of the necessary food and shelter. Michael was extremely helpful and comes across as genuinely passionate about working with animals. Before coming to this store, we had gone to Knauber and could not get anyone help us through the decision-making and buying process. We speak very little Deutsch and Michael speaks very little English, but we were still able to make it happen for my daughter. We have had the geckos for a month and she loves them!
