Doggieville Ranch has been our dog Sage's second home for over six years. She has a regular weekly play date, and she loves, Trudy, Larry and all her pup friends. Whenever we travel Sage boards at Doggieville and we know she is happy and safe. She loves her time at Doggieville and loves Trudy and Larry. We have also introduced several family and friends pups to Doggieville with the same response - Doggieville is the greatest place for dogs, safe, fun and caring!

Our dog Sage is a long time Doggieville fan. She loves her time there, her weekly day visits with all her pals and it's her second home when she boards when we travel. The Doggieville team love dogs and it shows. Sage is safe and secure when at Doggieville. She enjoys the interaction and stimulation, coming home tired and happy. I can't recommend Trudy, Larry and the Doggieville team highly enough.

Trudy is the best! Loving daycare and boarding, no crates ! Great outdoor space for the puppies and plenty of cooling pools and pond.

Dig Dog Hotel and Daycare

We are often in Central Oregon as my mom has a second home in Sunriver. Although Central Oregon is…read morea mecca for dog fun with so many outdoor activities, it's nice to have a place like Dig available for our dog to play for hours while we do dog-unfriendly activities (particularly in the winter!), like go to the movies, restaurants, trampoline parks, etc. Dig appears to have opened in March of 2019 and it is a beautiful modern and large facility. Pros: Spacious, clean, has both indoor/outdoor areas for dogs to roam freely, also big/small dog areas if there is a need to separate, friendly staff, video streaming to check in on how your pup is doing, half or full daycare options, what appears to be nice overnight accommodations (we did not use this service though), easy registration and reservation process. More specifically, since we are not local to the area, it was very seamless to have our dog registered and cleared to play in their system. They just needed current vaccination records. Cons: The video streaming is not seamless. You have to get an invitation from the business, download an app (the web version would not work for me), register yourself...overall it was a bit of a pain but once I was able to get it going, it worked all right. I also mentioned that registering my pup was seamless and easy as many other places require a temperament evaluation before accepting your dog. This was not part of their process...which, from a visitor needing daycare somewhat immediately, this was appreciated, but perhaps it would be a wise move for them to consider as some dogs are just not great at places like these and if someone dumps and runs like we did...well... They did introduce my dog slowly-ish to the pack...starting her in an area of smaller dogs before having her join the larger pups (she's 40lb shepherd mix). All in all, she seemed to have a good time. We've used them a few times now and we love it! Glad to have that option when we're in town. Not too far off the highway, easy parking.

This place is a Polished Turd at best! Don't be fooled by…read morethe new building and offer to watch your pup on dog cameras! I took my pup in for an overnight and we were supposed to get a login for cameras to see our pup play, took them a couple hours, finally got it but only to find our pup was limping (he was not at all upon drop off) so that was shady, then nobody called to tell me he was hurt, when I picked up he was so scared and anxious and shaking, he has been boarded before and NEVER had this scared reaction. The place was filthy! they don't really play with your pup and these "deluxe" rooms are crap, they wouldn't show what they actually are in which is just a cage/kennel. I was also double charged and the Manager, Kylie said I would be credited back in 10-days, however, come to find out I was never credited back and she couldn't be specific on when refund was made or when I would receive it, not a safe place and definitely not worth the double charge and horrible customer service. As a Manager you should know how the process works Will not return! Way better places in town, keep looking
