Enter Walk n' Wag! As soon as you fill out a contact form on the website, Elise schedules a complimentary consultation with you. She takes the time to get to know you, your needs, and your pup! I loved that she asked about our pup's daily routine, inquired about any training we would want her to continue to implement, and wanted to know more about our pup's favorite things. She has a well thought out contract that made me feel safe about letting someone in our home and someone handle our pup without us there. We have Elise spend time with our pup about 3 times a week. They connected immediately, which I attribute 100% to Elise's kind spirit and love for animals. Our home is always left spotless and secured, with the only evidence of her visit being 1) a tired pup and 2) a sweet message on a whiteboard describing the fun adventures she and our pup have been on that day. In terms of scheduling, Walk n' Wag is super flexible. We have a standing appointment, which is effortless for us! I've only used Indy Dog Walkers once so I don't know if I can go and give 5 stars immediately, but…read morewhat I can say is that I am a fan, and they did a great job. I recently moved into a a new place where the previous tenant obviously did not clean up after their dog, and the landlord was oblivious to this fact. There was dog waste everywhere in the backyard, and some were so old that there was mold and fungus growing on them. The buildup was pretty bad that most of the yard had been killed. I emailed Indy Dog Walkers inquiring about their services, and Erin got back to me immediately, so quickly that she and her associate came over that night to assess the yard. They quoted me a reasonable price, which was on par with what other services were naming for their one-time fee. Indy Dog Walkers, is actually cheaper than other places for initial clean-up. I was able to set an appointment with Erin immediately for the next day between 7:30 - 8:00am. Her and her associate came over, and I saw them raking and shoveling the lawn starting from the farthest corner and just going in a systematic row-by-row fashion for over an hour. After they were finished, they came to the front door to ask me to check the backyard to make sure it was to my liking. The experience was enjoyable and Erin and her associate were very nice. They also gave very helpful advice on how to remediate the lawn, especially with the mold and other gross parasites that might be there, and gave me a list of good deals that they've also come across for getting grass seeds.
