I have 2 Australian shepherds and it took a bit for them to "play" nice with the other campers. Rhonda is so kind, and clearly enjoys her job loving our pets while we are away. And, just as important she is very good about checking her "guests" shot records and making sure that they are up to date and do not pose a risk to other fur-buddies!! Thanks, Rhonda, for allowing us to go away for a night - or a week - and not have to worry about our dog being well cared for.

DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS WITH YOUR PET…read more We recently boarded our small dog here while on vacation. Shockingly, the owner took our dog off-leash outside the fenced area--despite being in a wilderness setting known for wild animals and freezing temperatures. Our dog got loose and was missing for four nights and five days in sub-30 degree weather. We were so distraught that we ended our vacation early, flying back from St. Croix at significant personal expense, just to help search for him. This level of negligence is beyond unacceptable. A boarding facility's most basic responsibility is to keep pets safe. Instead, we experienced fear, heartbreak, and thousands of dollars lost due to one person's incompetence. Please think twice before trusting them with your animal.

Super friendly staff helped me book my appointment and gave me instructions on how to send his current medical records to them, all of which I did ahead of our appointment. When I arrived, during the COVID pandemic, they were asking people to call when they arrived and they would come out, check you in, and take your pet inside for their check-up. This seemed to work really well. I arrived and called, and Caleb came right out and made sure paperwork was all filled out. He took my little guy inside and within 5-10 minutes the vet was calling me with an update. Everything was super efficient and everyone was super nice. I received a follow-up email and I think I even got a phone call checking to make sure he was doing okay. SUPER HAPPY with the service, care and affordability.
