I had purchased a 2007 VW Beetle convertible top. I've never owned a convertible so I didn't know…read moreit had a string system that pulls the interior lining when the top was pulled down. All the strings were broken. I also had tears and rubbing in the Drivers side seat in the upholstery. I called everywhere looking for someone to fix the convertible top. Finally I called Terrys Upholstery Unlimited...They had repaired several of the VW Beetle convertibles tops and they also were able to upholster my front seat. I'm just so grateful for each and every person that fixed my car, from Ronnie and Terry to Gary and Brandon, these people were wonderful. They were so helpful, gave me great information, answered all my questions and were very affordable. Ill go back again if I need any additional work.

When I asked for the price was cursed out by employee. I requested an itemized bill and have yet to receive one. TOTALLY unprofessional. The top isn't functioning properly and won't go all the way down. I can't even drive it as a convertible. Also can't operate the key fob as designed or open the trunk remotely.
